NURUMBERG DAY 2

The highlight of the day to date, was the 2 hr walking tour through the old walled city,
It's certainly a city heavily involved in the Christian religion going back to 1000 AD
The city is a strong hold of the Protestant /Lutheran religion in whats a Catholic area of Bavaria,with Munich being the other major city. It's said the area is very independently minded .
The town doesn't have a main cathedral but 2 churches representing the 2 religions'
The other stand out is the Castle built over many years during three distinct periods of history.
