PRAGUE PART 2 ..LAST DAY

Always on the last day we re-check train times /bookings etc and today was no different except it did turn up a difference in the travel schedule...adding a bus trip rather than all train as expected.
Panic mode sets in. So off to the station to clarify all this.....yes the nasty Germans were doing some track work explains the Czech  info/ticket officer , its all there fault for the change.
So tomorrow  could be an interesting day of travel!!
After the station it was off to explore for the last time. We decided to tag along with a non English speaking walking tour , which proved interesting taking us to new places including some old covered Arcades similar to those in Melbourne, we also discovered some off the beaten tourist track city gardens.
Then it was onto a highly decorated church....this is where the tour ended ..12 o'clock church service.
But Lunch got the better of God so we left....finding ourselves a cheap tourist menu with a beer included..
Now its been very hot in Prague, with thunderstorms the last 2 nights, ...so after walking 4/5 hour a day in heat a beer has been much appreciated at the end of the walking day..
Deserts are another thing.... for those worried about my condition relax...the heat and exercise has taken care of the calories
I must say the Czech do like a good  size Sundae.
But the Italians take the cake for the food most consumed on the streets....the bloody pizza is everywhere.
Tonight before our last meal we will take tram no 22 for a scenic tour...free to all those over 65 years.
Ha! the benefits of getting old...if only there was no pain.
What an exciting day but tomorrow might prove to be more exciting..stay tuned.
