FIRST DAY IN OLTEN SWITZERLAND.

Got to OLTEN without a hitch, but just after arriving the most amazing rain, lightning and thunder storm started just as we had made a start to find the BnB.  No one new the street, google maps seem to be confused by the address. Finally in shear desperation we headed back to the station to find the taxi stand.... did he know the street..of course but then discovered it was a one way street... finally we made it and were 15 euro poorer.
The host met us at the door and showed us to our room and the breakfast room... this is a BnB with 3 rooms.
The interesting thing is , while showing us to our room says see that gate ,take the road for 30 mt turn right , walk for 6min and yes you are at the station.
After sorting out our wet clothes we headed into the old historic town centre via a very old wooden covered bridge, these are often seen in Switzerland
In 2hrs we had the old town covered, including a glass of white at a pub
We explored a bit more and spotted an old Inn dated at 1635.
Another beer , then another brief walk trying to find an affordable place to eat, before we finished up back at the Inn  for a veal sausage covered in brown onion gravy with with hash potato on the side
