First up, a Fort we hadn't seen before... we found it without trouble but also discovered it wasn't far from the station and a much more direct route than that used to get here. So in we went for a look to see where we would go when we leave on the 2nd. I don't remember the station being so big. We found our platform for the next leg to La Spezia via a train change in Rome... it will be along day about 5hr 30 min.
We discovered an art gallery or two, a craft exhibition, photo history display of 2 famous Italian movie comedians and of course a selection of churches including one of the NightsTemplar. This a rare group indeed, in fact only 2000 followers in Italy. Why all the churches ..it appears as each new politcal force arose in the Naples area over 1500 years or more it developed around the local church , this became the center of power and religion.of any new political force,the church and politics were inter locked.
